1. Product and delivery
The founding purchase includes the current written manual, workbook, teaching deck, local Paper Trading Console, worked decision-audit case and 14 calendar days of bounded written support for installation and supplied-material questions. It is self-paced and includes no live classes, scheduled calls or phone support. Accepted applicants receive private download and onboarding instructions after cleared payment. The customer must retain their own copy.
2. Licence and acceptable use
The purchase grants one individual a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials. Customers may not resell, publish, share access, remove notices or represent the product as their own. They must not use the software to evade platform restrictions or connect it to real-money order execution.
3. Education and financial risk
The material is general education and paper simulation. It is not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It does not recommend a particular market or position. Forecasts and simulated results can be wrong. Completion may improve a customer’s ability to document, test and review decisions, but it cannot establish eligibility, profitability or future income.
4. Eligibility and platform independence
The course is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket. Customers are responsible for checking the current laws, platform terms, geographic eligibility and tax treatment that apply to them. The course does not teach circumvention.
5. Founding refund policy
A customer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after access if a critical supplied defect prevents meaningful completion or the supplied app cannot be installed after reasonable support. Requests should identify the problem and allow a reasonable opportunity to assist. This voluntary promise is additional to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
6. Availability and changes
Public APIs, market rules, fees and external services can change or become unavailable. The seller may correct errors and issue updated materials. Written support does not include personalised trading advice, market picks, account access, code customisation or guaranteed response times outside the stated support period.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for claims connected with the product is limited to supplying the affected service again or refunding the price paid. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit it, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
8. Privacy notice
The application form collects name, email, background, computer type and submitted answers to assess fit and operate the Founding Five release. Payment information is processed by Stripe; the course operator does not receive full card details. Application email is transmitted through the form service and received in the operator’s email account. The website currently uses no advertising tracker.
Information is used for applications, delivery, support, refunds, security and legally required records. It may be disclosed to service providers needed for hosting, forms, email, payments and file delivery, including providers operating outside Australia. Do not submit financial credentials, government identifiers or sensitive information. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations. Customers can request access, correction or deletion through the application/contact channel, subject to required record retention.
9. Testimonials and pilot data
Feedback or a testimonial is published only with permission. Material connections, incentives and founding-customer status will be disclosed. Aggregated pilot metrics will be de-identified where practicable.
10. Governing framework and contact
The course operator is based in Victoria, Australia. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, subject to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to the customer. Questions, refund requests and privacy requests can be submitted through the course application form with the request type clearly stated.
